HER GETAWAY BOOKING DETAILS
To provide a quality experience HER Getaway is an intimate group trip. Spaces are limited and available on a first come first serve basis. A deposit of $400 per person will be required immediately once your space is confirmed.
If you are a previous HER Getaway client, you will receive a $150 discount off your package. If you are a Travel Concierge client, you will receive a $100 discount off your package. You must book by December 31, 2023.
By purchasing a HER Getaway Package from THE TRAVEL CONCIERGE AGENCY LLC, you acknowledge and are aware that the trip details are subject to change. The itinerary was curated in good faith and any mention of specific destinations does not guarantee that they will be visited nor does it forfeit the contract between the purchaser and the seller. There are no refunds after confirmation of your reservation. However, if your reservation is not confirmed due to availability you will be refunded in full.

Do I have to be vaccinated?
You are not required to be vaccinated
The Travel Concierge Agency LLC-HER and His Getaway will not be liable or responsible for covid-related requirements made by the government of Tanzania.
Is a Passport required?
A valid passport is required and it is recommended that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond the date of your entry into St Maarten and Anguilla to ease entry.
What is the arrival airport?
The arrival and departure airport is International Airport (SXM).
How will I commute from the International Airport to my accommodations?
We provide complimentary roundtrip airport transfers in St Maarten
Where are we staying?

Are there any single occupancy options available?

Is there an age requirement for the HER Getaway?
Our HER Getaway Travelers range between the ages of 30-55. There has not been one time that a traveler felt awkward because of their age traveling with The Travel Concierge- HER Getaway.
Are your trips designed to serve large groups?
Totally the opposite. We understand the importance of intimate groups. Our trips are designed for more high touch and exclusive experience. You get access that you probably wouldn’t get with a larger group. This unique experience allows you to create a community amongst your fellow travelers. Giving you insider access that larger groups aren’t afforded.
Is this trip refundable?
Due to the intimate size of this group trip, preparation, and vendor contract, there will be No Refunds issued for The Travel Concierge Agency LLC- HER Getaway St Maarten & Anguilla Experience. By purchasing this package, you acknowledge and agree to our No Refund policy. However, by purchasing trip cancellation coverage you forgo the unnecessary worries around what happens if an emergency occurs, and you can’t make your trip. www.travelguard.com is one of many providers that offer a variety of coverage, including The Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) option provided that you cancel your trip more than 48 hours prior to your departure, you’re eligible for a full refund.
